Brainstorming problems and solutions for our wearable arts show...

We are learning to use our initiative and solve problems before they happen. These are our problems and solutions.

Problem: It's raining!
Solution: Bring an umbrella from home to use. Borrow an umbrella from somebody. Share an umbrella with a friend. Wear a jacket over your costume.

Problem: Something falls off your costume on stage.
Solution: Keep going. When you walk off the cat walk scoop down and pick it up.

Problem: The music stops.
Solution: Keep going.

Problem: You need to go to the toilet.
Solution: Go before you put your costume on. Tell Mrs Simmons - there are toilets in the hall foyer. Hold on and go after you have been on stage.

Problem: Your poi gets tangled on you piupiu.
Solution: Carry on walking.

Problem: A thunder storm is noisy.
Solution: Mrs Pelham would turn the music up.

Problem: You trip on stage.
Solution: If you are not hurt, carry on. If you are hurt, stop, Mrs Simmons will come and help you.

Problem: There is a lock down at school.
Solution: Stay with Mrs Simmons. She will lock the door and take the roll. If you are walking to the hall, go into the hall and stay there.

Problem: You turn up late to the show.
Solution: Find Mrs Simmons straight away and put your costume on.

Problem: There is an earthquake.
Solution: Make a turtle. If you are on the catwalk step down and make a turtle. If you are on the stage, make a turtle there. If you are on the stairs, go up or down the stairs and make a turtle on the floor. Wait for an adult to give instructions.

Problem: Mum or Dad might not pick me up after the show.
Solution: Mrs Simmons will ring your parents to pick you up.
